Scope of Services
Thread House provides garment remodelling, alterations, redesign consultation, and related upcycling services subject to inspection of the garment, fabric, construction, and requested fit. Any scope stated before assessment is preliminary only, and the final result may be limited by the existing material and construction.
Operational Terms
Prices for custom work are confirmed after review of the garment and the proposed design. Where supplementary materials are needed, they may be quoted separately. A deposit may be required before work begins, and accepted payment methods are limited to those communicated at the time of order.

Project Approval
Any additional work outside the approved scope requires prior approval. Completion estimates are based on the assessed project and workshop capacity, and no same-day or express completion is promised unless separately confirmed. Customer-supplied materials may be reviewed for suitability before acceptance.
